Helpful Practices That Helps Me Along My Journey

Half the world is insane and make you feel crazy for being the sane one.

  1. Holding your intent

Before you know how to hold your intent you should know what intent is. Intent is having the mind, attention, or will concentrated on something or some end or purpose. When I hold my intent I simply picture what I want and who I experience it with. Even now before my very eyes what I want is happening and I am experiencing it with genuine people that love and care about me.

2. Positive affirmation

Affirmation- something affirmed : a positive assertion Find a positive affirmation to say everyday. It will help you change the way you think and feel. Your thoughts are very powerful and literally help you manifest. So find a good one to say everyday to your self out loud and inwardly. I have a positive affirmation I say everyday and it has changed y thinking patterns and the way I feel about myself. You don’t have to look one up either, just make up one that make sense with how you want to feel or with who you want to be. Of course the next step after thinking better is doing better. You first have to think it and then start being in the “doing” and “being” state for manifestation.

3. Meditate

Meditation- the act or process of spending time in quiet thought meditate is very important with becoming one with yourself even more. It also help you quiet your mind and control self. You start realizing that you are not your body and more of your spirit. You also realize that you control your body and thoughts and that they should not control you. Just because you may think about something doesn’t mean you have to act on those thoughts. The mind is very complex and when you try to quiet your mind, you start to realize it is very noisy in there. To understand more of what i’m saying you should meditate.

These three things help me along my journey by helping helping me feel lighter, happier, and one with my self. I feel like I just have more control of my body and my mind. I am the person I want to be and I am striving for greatness as well. I am greatness. See you don’t have to lie to yourself. Most of our problems is not believing in ourselves and letting people dictate who they think you are or should be. You are not someone’s idea of who they think you are. You are you. You are so much more than you thought of yourself. Believe in yourself and the YOUniverse will believe back. Your words and thinking comes back around on you, so be careful of how you are thinking or saying.

Always remember you are Braver than you believe , Stronger than you seem, Smarter than you think, and more Loved than you will ever know.
